Rhubarb Bread

Mix Together:

1 ½ C. Brown Sugar (or 1 C. Brown + ½ C. White)

2/3 C. Salad Oil

1 Egg

1 C. Buttermilk or Sour Milk

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 tsp. Baking Soda

2 ½ C. Flour

1 ½ C. Rhubarb

Pour into two (2) greased loaf pans.

Top with:

½ C. Sugar

1 Tbs. Butter or Margarine and a sprinkling of Cinnamon

Bake @ 325° for 1 hour.

(Experience shows stolen rhubarb works best.)
