A Secret Admirer

She got a bouquet of a dozen roses from a secret admirer for Valentine’s Day. Two weeks later she still doesn’t know who sent them. Sure, she’s a good looking young woman from head to toe; but she works in a restaurant and her secret admirer could be her boss, a co-worker or practically any customer who walks through the door.

Question: Is sending an anonymous gift, even if it is on Valentine’s Day, a form of sexual harassment?
